We are looking for you as
Experienced Accountant (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities- Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to the German Commercial Code (HGB) for the parent company and subsidiaries
- Preparing tax returns and acting as the point of contact for auditors, banks and tax authorities
- Managing cash flow planning and reporting to senior management
- Further developing accounting processes in close collaboration with the Controlling department
- Gradual assumption of managerial responsibility according to induction
- Completed commercial apprenticeship with further training as a qualified accountant
- Several years’ experience in financial accounting, preferably within a manufacturing company
- Very good knowledge of the German Commercial Code (HGB) and the ability to prepare financial statements with confidence
- Proficiency in using ERP systems and very good knowledge of Excel
- Highly reliable, with a structured, solution-oriented and independent approach to work.
- Residing in Giessen or the surrounding area
