Increased efficiency with WinWerth® Scout

The WinWerth® Scout user interface is divided into three areas. Measurement jobs that are still being processed are shown in a list. The current status, such as "Job started", "Tactile measurement" or "Evaluation", is displayed next to the job identification number. Completed orders are automatically moved to another list and colour-coded according to their status: green for "in tolerance", yellow for "intervention limit" and red for "out of tolerance".

If, for example, several workpieces are measured simultaneously using X-ray tomography, one or more workpiece groups are created. If you click on a measurement job in the list of completed measurements, another window appears with a list of all measured workpiece groups or workpieces, the status of which is also colour-coded.

Clicking on the group in the list view opens the WinWerth® 3D viewer with an overview of the workpiece elements. By right-clicking on the workpiece element of interest, a selection list appears with the results displays for the respective workpiece. For example, you can select the measurement report with the geometrical characteristics, a measurement point cloud with a graphical representation of the evaluated characteristics, the result of a burr detection or part-to-part deviation analyses in a colour-coded deviation plot in the WinWerth® 3D viewer. The WinWerth® Scout user interface can be adapted to customer-specific requirements.
