The following data is logged: Name of the retrieved file, date and time of retrieval, amount of data transferred, notification of successful retrieval, web browser and requesting domain.
In addition, the IP addresses of the requesting computers are logged. In some places, the website uses so-called cookies.
Cookies are small amounts of data in the form of text information that the web server sends to your browser. These are stored on your hard drive. Some of these cookies are necessary for the operation of the website, and you cannot deselect them in the consent tool that precedes the website. We use these cookies within the scope of legitimate interest (Art. 6 para. 1 lit f DSGVO).
For all other cookies, you have the choice in this consent tool whether to allow them. If you allow them, this constitutes consent within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit a DSGVO. Changes to this can be made at any time in the Consent Tool: Consent Tool
- Always allow and save cookies,
- Allow cookies but delete them according to each session,
- Prohibit cookies.
If you prohibit cookies as a matter of principle, this may result in functional restrictions and error messages on the website.
If you have registered for our newsletter or have otherwise provided us with an e-mail address for newsletter dispatch, we will use the e-mail address you have provided for this newsletter. If this e-mail address is different from the one used for other communication, we will use it exclusively for the newsletter. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter mailing list at any time. If you have provided an exclusive newsletter e-mail address, we will delete it immediately according to unsubscription.
As part of the newsletter mailing process, we can track whether you have opened the newsletter and which links within the newsletter you have clicked on. We use this data to design future newsletters more effectively.
Further personal data is only captured if you provide this information voluntarily, for example when contacting us.
2. use and disclosure of personal data
If you have provided us with personal data, we will only use it to answer your enquiries, to process contracts concluded with you and for technical administration.
Your personal data will only be passed on to third parties or otherwise transferred if this is necessary for the purpose of processing the contract, if this is necessary for billing purposes or if you have given your prior consent. You have the right to revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future.
The deletion or blocking of stored personal data takes place if you revoke your consent to storage, if their knowledge is no longer necessary for the fulfilment of the purpose pursued with the storage or if their storage is inadmissible for other legal reasons.
3 Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc ("Google"). Google Analytics uses "cookies", which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyse how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. In the event that IP anonymisation is activated on this website, however, your IP address will be truncated beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage to the website operator. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data. You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website. You can also prevent the capture of data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) to Google and the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available at the following link (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de).
For more information, please visit tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout or privacy.google.com/businesses/controllerterms/ (general information on Google Analytics and data protection). We would like to point out that on this website Google Analytics has been extended by the code "gat._anonymizeIp();" to ensure anonymised capture of IP addresses (so-called IP masking).
4 Piwik
Our website uses the open source software Piwik to statistically analyse visitor access.
Piwik uses "cookies" for the evaluation of user accesses. With these text files, which are stored on the computer of the respective user, it is possible to analyse the use of the website. The information and data generated by cookies are stored on a server in Germany. The IP address is anonymised before storage. You can deactivate the use of cookies in your browser settings. However, this may mean that our website can no longer be used to its full extent.
The data is not passed on to third parties. Piwik uses user data in an anonymised mould so that we can optimise our website and our services. IP addresses are stored by Piwik without the last digits. In this respect, we can determine from which network a request comes. An assignment of the IP address to a computer is thus not possible.
By using our website, you consent to the processing of data by Piwik to the extent and for the purposes set out above.
5 JW Player
If you have consented when calling up our website, we use the JW Player software in order to be able to show you videos. In doing so, data is transferred to the manufacturer. This processing is based on your consent mentioned above, this fulfils the conditions of § 25 TTDSG and forms the legal basis according to Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a DSGVO. You can revoke this consent at any time by deactivating it in the consent tool at the beginning of the website.
For the exact circumstances of the processing, please refer to the explanations under "Show details" in the Consent Tool.
