The TomoScope® FQ family of instruments allows the calculation and evaluation of the measurement point cloud to be accelerated by up to 50 times. For workpieces such as valve blocks, housings and castings, the geometrical characteristics are determined almost every half minute, a nominal-actual comparison with the measuring point cloud of a master part is carried out and the workpieces are tested for defects such as burrs. The WinWerth® Scout measurement software provides a clear status display for run-out and completed measuring processes and access to all measurement results at the click of a mouse.
