Workpieces with optical functional surfaces

The most important geometrical characteristic is the surface shape of the optical functional surfaces. Due to the tolerances in the lower µm range, the requirements for measurement uncertainty are extremely high. The demands on the measuring time, on the other hand, are rather low. Contact measurement methods are usually not suitable because the surfaces to be inspected are very sensitive.
