WinWerth® training courses

Practical training for quality and efficiency

The qualification of the users results in economic efficiency from the technical advantage of Werth coordinate metrology with optics, probe, computed tomography and multi-sensor systems.

Training offer

Optimised for the different machine types, areas of application and customer requirements

A distinction is made between training courses for multi-sensor or computed tomography coordinate measuring systems with the respective hardware and software options as well as special training courses, for example for pure 2D or tactile machines. The offers within these areas are diverse and range, for example, from low-cost group training to individual training at the user's premises.
In principle, we recommend parallel training to become an AUKOM metrology technician. The course AUKOM 1 should be attended before the basic training in WinWerth®, AUKOM 2 and AUKOM Form & Position each at a distance of about six months and alternating with further practical training.

Multi-sensor systems

WinWerth® offers access to the extensive Werth sensor range

The training courses offered in the field of multi-sensor systems are basically divided into basic and advanced training courses. Basic training courses teach the basics of operating the multi-sensor coordinate measuring machines with image processing sensor. Small steps are taken to systematically work towards solving more complex measuring tasks. Advanced training courses cover the various optical, tactile and tactile-optical sensors as well as other hardware and software options.
Werth coordinate measuring machines are modular in design and can therefore always be updated to the latest state of the art. The novelties of the latest WinWerth® version are taught in compact update training courses; more extensive ones can include, for example, all changes since the introduction of WinWerth® 9.

Computed tomography

With WinWerth® from image acquisition to subvoxel surface determination and size output

The training offered in the CT area is also divided into basic and advanced training courses. Basic training courses teach the basics of CT coordinate measuring systems, WinWerth® measurement software and offline programming. Starting with the operating steps for the quick evaluation of point clouds, the course systematically works towards the solution of more complex measuring tasks. Advanced training courses cover the various hardware and software options.
Update training courses are also available for coordinate measuring systems with computed tomography, covering the novelties of the latest WinWerth® version. Further training days can be specifically geared to the user's coordinate measuring system and are based on the respective hardware and software options. We would be pleased to advise you!

Special training

Individually and optimally tailored to the respective user

Special training courses take into account machine types, sensors, hardware and software options. Training on purely 2D coordinate measuring machines such as QuickInspect and FlatScope as well as the purely tactile 3D measuring machine ProbeCheck also fall into this category.
Training is also offered in connection with special projects. We will be happy to advise you on this as well.
